That staff be directed to proceed with public consultation on a draft Official Plan in accordance with the Planning Act, and as outlined in this Report; That the 2022 Council & Committee Meeting Schedule be amended to cancel the following meetings specific to the Official Plan Review:  March 24 – Planning and Development Committee – Public Meeting at 7 p.m.; and  March 28 – Town Council Meeting – Official Plan Workshop at 2:30 p.m.; and That the 2022 Council & Committee Meeting Schedule be amended to add the following meetings specific to the Official Plan Review:  April 11 – Planning and Development Committee – Public Meeting at 6 p.m.;  May 16 – Planning and Development Committee – Official Plan Workshop at 2:30 p.m.; and  June 20 – Planning and Development Committee Meeting at 6 p.m. A recorded vote was taken as follows:
