That the Heritage Caledon Committee Meeting Reports for the meetings held on April 4, 2022 and April 14, 2022, be received. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That a Notice of Intention to Designate the property at 12909 Kennedy Road under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, be issued; and That should no objections be received during the mandatory 30-day public objection Heritage Caledon Committee Meeting Report Monday, May 2, 2022 Page 2 of 3 period following publication of the Notice of Intention to Designate, a by-law be enacted for the purpose of designating 12909 Kennedy Road pursuant to the Ontario Heritage Act. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That the listed, non-designated property located at 18454 Hurontario Street, Ward 1, be removed from the Town of Caledon Heritage Register pursuant to Section 27 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and That the demolition of the dwelling and outbuilding on the property, be permitted. That the Heritage Caledon Committee shall go into Confidential Session under Section 239 of the Municipal Act for the purpose of: Confidential Staff Report 2022-0190: Personal matters about an identifiable individual - Nominations for the 2022 Heritage Caledon Award of Excellence.
