That the Heritage Caledon Committee Meeting Report for the meeting held on January 8, 2024, be received. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That a Notice of Intention to Designate the properties at 16054 and 16060 Airport Road under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act be issued; That should no objections be received during the mandatory 30-day public objection period following publication of the Notice of Intention to Designate, by-laws be enacted for the purpose of designating 16054 Airport Road and 16060 Airport Road pursuant to the Ontario Heritage Act; That if there are any objections in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Heritage Act, the matter return to Council for further consideration; and, That Staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That this report serve as Council’s required consultation with its municipal heritage committee under Section 37(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O 1990, c.O18 for the entering into of easements or covenants with property owners for the conservation of property of cultural heritage value or interest in 2024; and, That Staff notify the municipal heritage committee on a quarterly basis of the properties for which the Town has entered into such easements or covenants in 2024. 3 A recorded vote was taken as follows:
