That the listed, non-designated property located at 18881 Mountainview Road, Ward 4, be removed from the Town of Caledon Heritage Register pursuant to Section 27 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and That the demolition of the dwelling and modern extension on the property be permitted. That the listed, non-designated property located at 14877 The Gore Road, Ward 6, be removed from the Town of Caledon Heritage Register pursuant to Section 27 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and That the demolition of the dwelling, shed and barn on the property be permitted. That the Heritage Caledon Committee recommends support of the Township of Puslinch Resolution regarding amendment of subsection 29(1.2) of the Ontario Heritage Act, and That the Heritage Caledon Committee recommends staff prepare and send a resolution letter to, Premier Doug Ford, The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, the Minister of Citizenship and Multiculturalism, and members of federal and provincial parliaments representing the Town of Caledon.
