That the application to relocate the Craig Farmhouse at 12304 Heart Lake Road to the southwest portion of the property, for which a Notice of Intention to Designate has been issued, be consented to, subject to the following conditions: 1) That prior to the relocation of the Craig Farmhouse within the property, the owner: (i) submit a finalized Heritage Conservation Plan, to the satisfaction of Town Heritage staff; (ii) submit a plan showing the proposed relocation pathway for the Craig Farmhouse within the subject property; and, (iii) enter into a Heritage Easement Agreement with the Town for the conservation of the Craig Farmhouse; 2) That, prior to the start of conservation work following relocation, the owner confirm the conservation strategy for the windows, to the satisfaction of Heritage staff; and, Heritage Caledon Committee Minutes Monday, May 5, 2025 Page 2 of 2 3) That a site plan application for the Craig Farmhouse, to confirm its proposed adaptive re-use and set out all details related to its proposed access, parking, landscaping, and accessibility, be submitted and approved concurrently with the submission and approval of any site plan application for the balance of the property. That staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
