That the Heritage Caledon Committee Meeting Report for the meeting held on April 3, 2023, be received. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That the listed, non-designated property located at 15719 Shaw’s Creek Road, Ward 1, remain on the Town of Caledon’s Heritage Register pursuant to section 27(3) of the Ontario Heritage Act; and That the demolition of the outbuilding, identified as the structure to be demolished in Schedules A, B and C, be permitted. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That the listed, non-designated property located at 12540 Chinguacousy Road, Ward 2, be removed from the Town of Caledon Heritage Register pursuant to section 27 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and That the demolition of the dwelling and outbuilding on the property, be permitted. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That the listed, non-designated property located at 13372 Innis Lake Road remain on the Town of Caledon’s Heritage Register pursuant to section 27(3) of the Ontario Heritage Act; and That the demolition of outbuildings, identified as the structures to be demolished in Schedules A and B, be permitted. That Derek Paterson be selected to participate in the Stakeholder Group established by the Region of Peel for the Complete Corridor Study and Preliminary Design for improvements to Queen Street (Highway 50) from Queensgate Boulevard to Columbia Way in Bolton. A recorded vote was taken as follows:
