That the March 7, 2022 Heritage Caledon Committee Meeting Report, be received. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That Diana Janosik-Wronski be permitted to attend the 2022 Ontario Heritage Conference; That a second member be permitted to attend the 2022 Ontario Heritage Conference virtually, should a virtual participation method become available; and That funds be allocated from the 2022 Heritage Caledon Committee budget for the following: Conference Registration cost of $300.00 per person Accommodation for two Nights at a maximum of $300.00 per person Meal Expenses at a maximum of $90.00 per person Total Mileage at a maximum of $465.00. A recorded vote was taken as follows:
