That the following items be approved as part of the consent agenda: November 3, 2025 Heritage Caledon Committee Meeting Minutes That the Town of Caledon Heritage Caledon Committee Meeting Minutes dated November 11, 2025 be approved, as presented; and That the following resolutions contained therein be endorsed: i. That the listed, non-designated property located at 14346 Mount Pleasant Road remain on the Town of Caledon’s Heritage Register pursuant to Section 27(3) of the Ontario Heritage Act; and, That the demolition of the modern residence on the property, identified in Schedule A as the structure to be demolished, be permitted. ii. That a Notice of Intention to Designate the property at 20836 Kennedy Road under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act be issued; That should no objections be received during the mandatory 30-day public objection period following publication of the Notice of Intention to Designate, a by-law be prepared to be enacted for the purpose of designating 20836 Kennedy Road pursuant to the Ontario Heritage Act. That Schedule A to Staff Report 2025-0584, regarding the Community Planning Permit By-law for the Planned Bolton South GO MTSA, be amended as follows: 1. Delete Section 1B.6.2. 2. Renumber Section 1.B.6.3 as 1.B.6.2. A recorded vote was taken as follows:

That the By-law attached as Schedule A to Staff Report 2025-0584, as amended, known as the Community Planning Permit (CPP) By-law for the Planned Bolton South GO Major Transit Station Area, be adopted, with the intent to enact the By-law following the approval of the proposed Bolton Secondary Plan (OPA 3 to the Future Caledon Official Plan) Planning and Development Committee Meeting Minutes Tuesday, November 11, 2025 Page 7 of 8 A recorded vote was taken as follows:
