That the financials attached as Schedule A to Staff Report 2026-0009 be approved. That the full $75,000 awarded to the Caledon Seniors Centre (CSC) as the primary recipient of the 2025 CCCGT, be used by the Town to complete the Audio Video Systems project at the Caledon Senior’s Centre, for the CSC. That the Commissioner of Corporate Services and Chief Legal Officer be authorized to enter into an amending agreement with the CSC for the purpose of returning $26,600 received from the Town and providing the direct contribution of $20,000 for a total of $46,600 in grant funds received by the CSC for the Audio Video Systems project at the CSC. That, once funds are returned by the CSC, the $75,000 grant awarded to the CSC be transferred to capital project #17-071, in order to complete the Audio Video Systems project at the CSC. That the CSC be granted an extension in order to complete their project and that the timeline remain open until such time as staff are able to complete the project. That any future reporting and fund adjustment will be done in line with the Town’s capital process, superseding the requirement for a CCCGT project completion report.
